Return & Exchange Policy

Defective Items

Return Requirements

  • Remove any passwords from devices being returned, otherwise the return will be invalid.

Once we receive the returned product:

Refunds

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are the wrong items, received defective or damaged.
